How long until I get my order?
Production Time
We work with a small production partner in the UK to produce to order so it will take a few days before we can send the item to you. We will aim ship your order between 2-5 working days of receiving the order, However this can sometimes take a little longer we hope you understand.
UK Delivery
• We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded for most orders under 2kg.
• For items over 2kg, bulky, or larger than 60x40cm, we use FedEx UK Couriers, which provides next business day delivery as part of our standard service.
• Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee.
International Delivery
• The usual timeframe for international orders to arrive is 3–5 days post-shipping. Production time must be factored in.
• We use FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato, or similar courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery, with detailed tracking included.
• Delivery times vary, with major cities receiving parcels in as little as 2 days, while other locations may take up to 4 days depending on accessibility.
• Customs & Import Duties: Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes or duties, which are administered by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
• Adverse weather conditions, Royal Mail strikes, and customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
• Jinty Designs is not responsible for any delays due to these external factors.

I'd like to return or replace my order.
We hope you love your new Jinty item but we understand that sometimes things are not right and we want to make sure you can buy from us safely.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@jintydesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I'd like to cancel my order
At Jinty Designs, each item is made to order, ensuring a unique and personalised product just for you. Due to this, we can only accept cancellations under the following conditions:
• Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel an order within the allowed time frame, please contact us immediately at contact@jintydesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
