Delivery Policy
Welcome to Jinty Designs! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery process. Please review our delivery policy below for detailed information on our production and shipping timelines.
1. Production Time
Processing and Production: All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it will take approximately 1-3 business days to process and produce your item(s). During this time, our team carefully crafts your products to meet the highest standards of quality. Occasionally this can take a little bit longer so please understand that sometimes we need a few more days to complete.
2. Shipping Time
UK: We use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. This is our standard service and is the default delivery option in the shopping cart. Royal Mail delivers most the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Our standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays.
If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), we use FedEx UK couriers. They deliver the next business day and are a part of our standard service. We can offer a Saturday delivery service for an extra fee.
